File-exchange

Often, the exchange of files – by e-mail for example – turns out to be difficult or even impossible, if only because the file size exceeds the allowed limit.

With this service we provide a tool to exchange files with us quickly and easily. This enables us to handle your (support-)inquiries more efficiently.

This service is completely free of charge and non-binding.
With the use of the service, you agree to its terms of use.

And this is how it works:

• Talk to your contact at Infotech, before sending him/her files.
• Choose the recipient of your file(s) under "Notification".
• Enter a subject line that helps us to relate to your message.
• Please save the file(s) into a compressed file container (.zip) before selecting, and make sure there are no blank spaces or special characters in the file name!
• Click on "Start upload" – that's it.

• Please note that only you are responsible for the content of the files you transfer. Infotech Enterprises GmbH is not responsible for the content of the files and will not adhere for damages that were caused by their usage. The use of this service is voluntary and at your own risk.
• It is especially prohibited to transfer data through this service to distribute contents of any type that violate the rights of others, or that are defamatory, insulting, obscene, pornographic, glorifying violence or instigating violence, racist or xenophobic, or politically or religiously extreme in their character ... or rather distribute contents that violate the effective laws and regulations of morality.
• All files are deleted from the server automatically, 9 days after they were uploaded. Maximum file size is 500 MByte and the maximum transfer time is limited to 90 minutes.
